Blasting soda or soda blasting equipment, all Sani-Blast systems are automated. Using a proprietary sodium bicarbonate based media, applied at low pressure, dried ink and glue deposits are gently removed from the roll cells.  Because the Sani-Blast system is automated the cleaning is precise, consistent, and efficient eliminating potential roll damage and inconsistent cleaning of manual methods.  Spent media is recovered into 5-gallon pails or 55-gallon drums and disposed of in any sanitary container.  There is no need to recycle the media.

	ARMEX Blast Media The proprietary sodium bicarbonate based media is classified as a food grade product and is 100% water-soluble.  When applied at low pressures by the Sani-Blast System, the soft ARMEX blast media fractures upon impact with the roll surface.  Unlike all other cleaning methods, this fracturing process allows the blast media to clean to the bottom of the anilox roll cells.
