“We previously used several chemical procedures and a handheld agitator to clean anilox rolls.  The Sani-Blast system was selected because it’s very environmentally friendly, cleans the rolls easily and is automated.  We start the cleaning system, walk away and 25 minutes later a 53” roll is clean.  Since the Sani-Blast system has become a part of our anilox roll maintenance program, we’ve seen up to an 85% improvement in volume.  The anilox roll life is 6 to 12 months longer than with our previous methods.”
